Saitama.  The essence of his character is that he is physically undefeatable, which is both his strength and his greatest flaw.  Everyone else on this list has struggled at least once in battle, but for Saitama it's simply not a contest.

Does this make him better than the others?  Not necessarily.  Just infinitely stronger.
